hololive Meet x ANIME Impulse LA 2024 - Meet & Greet Details

Attendance: In order to participate in the hololive Meet - Meet & Greet, you MUST have both:

A ticket to ANIME Impulse LA 2024 (2-day ticket or Saturday-only ticket).

A meet and greet ticket for your hololive member (Momosuzu Nene, Kobo Kanaeru, or IRyS) of choice.

Only 1 (One) ticketed attendee is allowed entry into the meet and greet. Pairs/Groups will not be permitted to enter together, regardless of having meet and greet tickets or not.

Checking-In and Badge Pick-Up:

To pick up your meet and greet badge and other package goods for any hololive programming, please head to the Vtuber Programming Check-In booth. Location will be released and emailed out in due time.

Please make sure to bring any form of valid ID (passport, driver’s license, school ID, etc) for check-in, along with your purchase confirmation emails.

Only the original buyer of the meet & greet tickets can check-in for and use the meet & greet tickets. Picking up tickets to hand off/sell to other attendees is NOT permitted.

Any instances of transferring/proxy buying, or handing off IDs for another attendee to pick up and use tickets with may be subject to be blacklisted from all future programming.

Lost badges will NOT be replaced.

As badges are required for meet & greets, any badges lost prior to your meet & greet session(s) means you will be unable to redeem your meet & greet time.

Once badges are claimed, they are the responsibility of each respective attendee. Thus, in accordance with our non-refund policy, lost badges fall under being non-refundable.

Lining Up:

Please be sure to bring any valid form of photo ID (state-issued driver’s license, school ID, passport, etc.) to your meet & greet session, as names will be checked during line-up. Both your meet & greet ticket name and ID name MUST MATCH exactly.

Please check which time you need to line up for your session! All ticketed meet & greets will be honored per their designated session.

Please do not line up too early as it may cause confusion and overcrowding within the lines.

Please line in front of your respective hololive talent’s booth while waiting for your turn.

Failure to arrive on-time for your designated meet and greet session will result in cancellation of meet and greet without refund.

Transferring & Refunding Tickets: Tickets are both non-transferable and non-refundable.

Time: Each meet and greet session is timed for 3 minutes. While it’s definitely exciting to meet your oshi, please be mindful and considerate of other fans and try to not overextend past your session time! We appreciate your understanding!

Behavior and Decorum: Joining us from all across the world, we are honored to welcome talents from hololive’s 3 branches at ANIME Impulse! Still, as thrilling as it is to meet your fave, please be sure to be respectful towards the hololive member and staff you are meeting with! Seiso is the way to go!

Any misconduct and/or violent aggression shown towards the talents and/or our staff will result in an immediate cancellation of the meet & greet, along with a permanent ban from future programming.

Please refrain from asking about other hololive talents during the meet & greet.

Gifts: While gifts such as fan art prints, physical trinkets, letters, etc. are not being accepted, you are welcome to bring fan letters to your hololive Meet meet & greet session for staff to receive.
